Conference Rooms & Event Spaces

Two Small Rooms – Flexible spaces for private offices, VIP events, breakout sessions, or intimate get-togethers (1-4 people): $20/day/per room

Conference Room – Perfect for business meetings, trainings, and small gatherings (8-12 people): $40/day

Small Rooms and the larger Conference room are available for recurring monthly rentals upon request.

Large Bar/Ballroom– Includes a full bar and coffee bar, ideal for weddings, corporate events, banquets, reunions, and community celebrations (65-100 people): $400/day

Non-Refundable Deposit $200

A late fee of $50 per hour will be assessed for every hour beyond the contract.

• 3-Day weekend rentals Main Bar/Ballroom

-Without decorations and with bar service: $1200

-With table cloths and bar service: $1400

Non-Refundable Deposit 50% Deposit Required at time of booking

A late fee of $50 per hour will be assessed for every hour exceeding the contract duration.

Sports Bar

Full-Service Sports Bar – A vibrant atmosphere to watch live games and enjoy community gatherings.

Food Options – Catering available from local vendors (additional cost).

Arts & Crafts

Gallery Wall Space – Showcasing works from aspiring local and regional artists and crafters.
