Offices, Conference Room, & Event Space

*Two Small Offices – Flexible spaces for private offices, VIP events, breakout sessions, or intimate get-togethers (1-4 people): $20/day/per room

*Conference Room – Perfect for business meetings, trainings, and small gatherings (8-12 people): $50/day

The two small offices and the larger Conference room are available for recurring monthly rentals upon request.

*Large Bar/Ballroom– Includes coffee bar, ideal for wedding receptions, corporate events, banquets, reunions, and community celebrations (100 -200 people): $400/day (8 am-5 pm)

Non-Refundable Deposit $200 for the full day/ $100 non-refundable for the 1/2 day.

Please get in touch with us for pricing if you’d like to rent the event space after 5 PM or for events lasting 4 hours or less (including setup, the event itself, take-down, and cleaning).

**No outside drinks of any kind are allowed; there is a bartender on staff, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available for sale. Please see local caterers if you want more options than the snacks that are available for sale.

A late fee of $50 per hour will be assessed for every hour exceeding the contract.

*3-Day weekend rentals Main Bar/Ballroom

-Without decorations: $1200

-With table cloths: $1400

Theme Nights with Full-Service Bar

Full-Service Bar (now available for all events) – A vibrant atmosphere to watch live games and enjoy themed community gatherings. Bar service includes both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Food Options – Catering available from local vendors (additional cost).
